ALAO MEMBER BENEFITS

The Alabama Academy of Ophthalmology is your best source for ophthalmic education, CME certification information, meetings, and advocacy in the State of Alabama.  ALAO annual dues are structured as follows:

  • Regular Membership:  $895.00/Yr.
  • Faculty & 2nd Year:  $850.00/Yr.
  • Over 60:  $495.00/Yr.
  • 1st Year:  $425.00/Yr.
  • Special Membership:  $250.00/Yr.

ALAO membership is open to any licensed ophthalmologist (M.D. or D.O.) upon proof of valid licensure.

Special memberships are available to any physician (M.D. or D.O.) with an interest in ophthalmic related issues.

All membership applications are subject to review and approval by the ALAO Board of Directors.
